The beef tallow is sourced from our farm – Spirit Farm. Animals at Spirit Farm are free of antibiotics. In addition, feeds are fermented which increases the probiotics and microbial numbers resulting in healthier fats.
On-site testing of our meats has shown that they contain healthier fats, with better omega-3 to omega-6 ratios, compared to animals grazing 50% of the time.
